1. Free first month

• When you subscribe, Stripe starts a 30-day free trial on the plan you pick.
• Quota unlocks immediately while status is trialing or active.
• Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
• After the trial, the plan price applies monthly (Basic $19, Pro $59).

2. Monthly queue quotas

• Your plan grants a monthly queue quota — how many products you can add to your list.
• Basic = up to 20 products/month, Pro = up to 60 products/month.
• 1 product added to the queue = 1 quota unit (not counted again when the bot publishes).
• Quota resets on the calendar month.
• Unused slots do not roll over to the next month.
• If quota is exhausted, you cannot add more products until next month or until you upgrade.
• Deleting a product from your list frees 1 quota slot.

3. Create account & login

1. Open the Partner Portal and click Sign up.
2. Use a real email and a password with at least 6 characters.
3. After signup you land on Billing to start your free trial.
4. Next visits: use Login with the same email/password.

4. Choose a plan (Stripe)

1. Go to Billing.
2. Choose Basic or Pro (prices and quotas are shown clearly on each card).
3. Complete Stripe Checkout — the trial period is applied automatically.
4. Status should become trialing (or active) and your quota appears on the Dashboard.
5. If status stays inactive, refresh after 30–60 seconds — the Stripe webhook may still be processing.

5. Submit a product

1. Open Dashboard (requires live trial/subscription + remaining quota).
2. Fill all required fields:
   • Product link — Amazon, Shopify, or your store URL
   • Title — exact product name
   • Price — deal/sale price (the $ is added automatically)
   • Old price (optional) — if filled, caption shows “Was $XX.XX”
   • Image — upload a photo (JPG/PNG/WEBP) or paste a direct image URL
   • Description — short product details used in the caption
3. Product link can be Shopify, Amazon, your website, or any public product URL — we post the link you provide.
4. Click Queue for automatic posting.
5. The item appears as queued with a full preview of your data.
6. If something is wrong: use Edit & re-queue or Delete on that submission.
7. When our bot runs its cycle, queued items are published to Facebook Page + WhatsApp Channel with the same caption style as USA DEEP DEALS.

6. Status labels

• queued — waiting for the next bot cycle
• posted — published successfully
• When all of your products are posted, after midnight (São Paulo time) they return to queued and are posted again automatically. Partners still finishing their list are not reset until every item is posted.
• failed — publishing error (check link/image)
• rejected — blocked by brand/IP safety rules (edit/delete from dashboard)

7. Rules & rejections

• Do not submit counterfeit, replica, or trademark-abusive listings.
• Luxury / major brand keywords may be filtered automatically to protect the Page.
• Broken links or missing media can cause failed posts.
• We publish to our channels; we do not grant admin access to the Facebook Page or WhatsApp Channel.

Do I pay anything during the free month?
No. Stripe starts a 30-day trial. Billing starts after the trial unless you cancel.

When will my product appear?
Usually within the next bot cycles after it is queued.

Can I get a refund for unused queue slots?
Unused monthly queue slots do not roll over and are not refundable unless required by law or Stripe dispute rules.

Can I change plans?
Yes — choose the other plan from Billing. Quota follows the active plan after Stripe confirms.
